Ayurveda, the world's oldest oriental healthcare system, is now rapidly spreading and making its mark in the Western world, where people are turning to this system for its holistic therapy, which is vital for achieving a perfect balance of body, mind, and soul. One such important milestone was the 4th Svastha International Conference on Ayurveda and Integrated Medicine, which was organized by Middlesex University, London in cooperation with the College of Ayurveda.
The fact that Dr. Navdeep Sharma from ND Care Nirogam, Pvt. Ltd. was invited by Middlesex University, London, U.K. to participate in this conference is a source of enormous delight and rightful honor not solely for the city of Amritsar but additionally for India and the worldwide Ayurvedic community. Held on October 21 and 22, 2017, the conference's primary focus was "Mental Health and Elderly Care." The goal of this project was to create an evidence-based body of knowledge regarding Ayurvedic medicine to maximize its contribution to healthcare and holistic wellness.
